Unmounted Anamorphic Prisms

Anamorphic prisms work in pairs to correct the asymmetric beam shape of a laser diode by expanding a beam in one direction and keeping the other direction unchanged. This makes them useful for shaping an elliptical beam shape to near circular shape. Standard and broadband antireflection coatings are available upon request, see our standard optics components below.
